This morning Ernie and Derek made a site visit to pro-actively resolve a variety of miscellaneous computer and network issues.  I wanted to take this opportunity to say how pleased I am with their service as well as with the service I receive from Jim.   Since becoming an Express client 1.5 years ago….my computer issues have gotten progressively less and less, despite the fact that my business has grown and become more complex.  Of course in the beginning there were initialization pains/issues and along the way there have been some stressful emergency situations but overall I have never been as happy with my computer system as I am now, and I’ve been in business for 15 years.  In addition, I am very pleased with your recommendation to purchase a server and go with Sharepoint.  Adding Derek’s expertise has made a big difference to my satisfaction in this area.
